4Drive Thailand is a comparison service. We help travellers compare car rental offers from trusted local suppliers across Phuket, Samui, Krabi, Pattaya, Hua Hin and Bangkok, and we pass you through to complete the booking on our partner's secure platform. This policy explains what information we collect on this site, why we collect it, and how it is used. We are not a rental company ourselves - the rental agreement is always between you and the local supplier.
When you use the search tool on our site to compare car rental options, you may enter dates, pickup location, and driver details. Some of this information is processed directly by our booking partner's system, which is embedded on our pages. We ourselves collect only limited data: pages visited, general location (country level), browser type, and referral source, gathered through standard analytics tools. If you contact us directly by email or WhatsApp, we keep the correspondence to answer your question and for a reasonable period afterwards for record purposes.
We use the information we hold to operate and improve this comparison site: to understand which resorts and pages are useful to visitors, to fix broken links or confusing content, and to respond to questions sent through our contact channels. We do not sell personal information to third parties. Any data needed to actually complete a car rental booking - your name, licence details, payment method - is handled by the booking platform and, ultimately, the local supplier you choose, under their own terms.
